3. Check whether there are cracks on the surface of the touch screen and replace it in time. Also need to check whether there is dirt on the surface of the touch screen, if there is, wipe it off with a soft cloth.
4. Observe and check whether the indicator light on the control box is working properly. If it is working properly, the indicator light is green and flashing. If the above components are all normal, you can replace the control box first, then replace the touch screen, and finally replace the host to check the touch screen. LCD touch screens are divided into capacitive LCD screens and resistive LCD screens, which can be judged according to your own situation:
For resistive LCD screens, the following maintenance can be carried out:
1) Check whether the touch screen cable is correctly connected and whether the cable connected to the keyboard port of the upper computer is connected (the working voltage of the touch screen is 5 volts for the keyboard port). Please check the connection line.
2) Observe the status of the touch screen control box light. If it does not light up or lights up red, it means that the control box is broken. Please replace.
3) If the above situation cannot be confirmed, please delete the touch screen driver, restart the computer and reinstall the driver, or replace the driver with a new version. 4) Whether the device in the host conflicts with the serial port resource, check the hardware device and make adjustments. For example, after installing some network cards, the default IRQ is 3, which conflicts with the IRQ of COM2. At this time, the IRQ of the network card should be changed to idle lRQ. It may be that the computer motherboard and the touch screen control box are not compatible. Please replace the host or motherboard.
5) If some areas of the touch screen cannot be touched after a long period of use (3-4 years), the touch screen may be damaged. Please replace the touch screen.

The reflective strips of the touch screen may be partially covered. You can wipe it off with a dry soft cloth. It is also possible that the reflective strip of the touch screen is partially scraped off by a hard object and cannot be repaired.

The touch screen test is normal, but the computer cannot run after connecting to the host.
It is possible that before the host starts to load the touch screen driver, the touch screen control card receives the operation signal, and only needs to shut down again, and then restart the computer.
