Shenzhen Yongsheng Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. We are a high-tech enterprise that integrates research and development, production, and sales. Our Shenzhen factory spans an area of 5000 square meters and employs 300+ dedicated staff members.

YONGS Lamp Bead Mounting Workshop :

 

In our lamp bead mounting workshop, we take meticulous steps to prevent oxidation of resistors and capacitors that are exposed to air. A layer of acid-resistant paint is applied to these components to protect them from corrosion.

 

Additionally, to further safeguard the lamp beads from moisture, we use nano coating materials based on the prevailing temperature and humidity conditions. This dual-layer protection ensures enhanced moisture resistance and longevity of our products.

YONGS Aging Workshop :

In the YONGS' Aging Workshop, we enhance the reliability of each produced LED screen by subjecting them to a rigorous aging process. By monitoring the failure rate curve of the product, we ensure that each LED screen undergoes 72 hours of enhanced processing. This thorough testing phase helps to identify and address potential issues, thereby significantly improving the overall reliability and performance of our products.

YONGS Testing Workshop :

In our testing workshop, we utilize advanced ultrasonic scanning microscope technology. This allows for layered scanning of LED beads and integrated circuits (ICs), enabling us to quickly and efficiently detect any quality issues in our products. Through this meticulous testing process, we ensure that each component meets our high standards for performance and reliability.
