1. Requirements for the large-screen installation room
The room requires constant temperature and humidity, and a special exhaust system should be installed behind the big screen. Air conditioning should be installed to ensure good ventilation of the equipment. The air outlet should be as far away as possible from the LCD splicing wall (about 1m is better), and the air outlet should be as far away as possible. The wind cannot directly blow against the cabinet, so as not to damage the screen due to uneven heating and cooling. The best working environment temperature is 18-25 degrees, and the best working humidity is less than 60%.
Second, the requirements of the installation location
Before the LCD splicing screen is installed, the ground should be flat and firm, with a load-bearing wall, and then determine the location for placement. Because the entire system of splicing screen is relatively large in terms of volume and weight, be careful not to choose ceramic tiles, because it may not be able to bear its weight. The load-bearing requirement: long-term load-bearing 500Kg/m2. In addition, the ground to be installed must be anti-static.
3. Requirements for installing curtain walls
As the decoration wall of the display curtain wall window, the wall is required to be firm, and the windows around the window should be straight and not deformed. Leave a gap of 30-50mm on both sides of the length of the curtain wall, and then close it after installation. There is a certain space (about 500-600mmm) behind the large screen for system heat dissipation and equipment maintenance. The height of the base is determined according to the site conditions, generally 600-900mm.
Four, ambient light requirements
Although the brightness of the LCD splicing screen is very high, it is still limited after all, so the light around the environment where you choose to install cannot be too strong. If it is too strong, you may not see the picture on the screen. The light that may enter near the screen (such as a window) should be blocked if necessary, and the light should be turned off when the device is running to ensure the normal operation of the device. Do not install a light directly in front of the screen, just install a downlight.
Five, power requirements
The power supply of the system is AC 220V 5%; it adopts three-eye socket with protective grounding wire; the number of sockets is related to the number of display units. Generally, there is one controller. According to the number of display units, a corresponding number of sockets are provided, each 10A. Large-screen systems, large-screen controllers and control PCs require power supply in the same phase. The power supply voltage should be stable and reliable, especially to prevent power on immediately after power failure. Therefore, it is required that the power supply of the large-screen system must be supplied by a UPS of corresponding power.
Six, wiring requirements
When installing the LCD splicing screen, pay attention to distinguishing its power line and signal line when wiring, and install them in different places to avoid interference. In addition, according to the size and installation position of the screen of the entire project, calculate the length and specifications of the various lines needed, and calculate the needs of the entire project.
Seven, framework requirements
In order to facilitate the maintenance of the LCD splicing screen in the future, the frame edging must be a detachable edging. A gap of about 25mm is reserved between the inner edge of the outer frame and the outer edge of the splicing wall. For large-scale splicing walls, the margin should be appropriately increased according to the number of columns. In addition, in order to enter the cabinet for maintenance later, the maintenance channel is in principle not less than 1.2m wide. The detachable side strips should preferably be pressed by 3-5mm from the edge of the screen. After the cabinet and the screen are fully installed in place, the detachable side strips are finally fixed.
8. The display center is required to be kept clean and dust-proof to ensure that the display screen is clean.
9. Keep fire sprinklers as far away as possible from the display curtain wall, and spray fire extinguishing agents.
10. The computer room must be renovated and cleaned before the large-screen installation, construction and commissioning can be carried out.
