Check whether the air conditioner of the outdoor LCD advertising machine is working and whether the internal temperature is too high. If the air conditioner is not cooling, the air conditioner needs to be replaced.
2. The remote control cannot be operated
Check whether the remote control of the outdoor highlighter is equipped with dry batteries, whether the remote control head is pointed at the remote sensor, and whether the line from the remote sensor to the drive board is loose. If there are no problems with the above, it may be that the remote control is damaged or the drive board is damaged.
3. The display screen of the outdoor advertising machine has a signal, but the screen is not full
Use the remote control to press "menu"-"seting"-"adjust" to make the image semi-automatically adjusted
4. There is no sound on the display screen
Check whether the video signal line of the advertising player is connected correctly, whether there is an image display in the remote control operation, whether the signal source is selected correctly, if the above is no problem, it may be that the driver board is broken.
5. Outdoor LCD advertising machine is not powered (black screen)
It may be the internal power supply is bad or the internal drive board of the device is bad. Troubleshooting method: Check whether the power output is normal. If there is no power output, you can confirm that the power supply is faulty; if the power output is normal, the driver board may be defective.
6. Huaping
The situation in which a certain area cannot be displayed or the display screen is abnormal appears on the surface of the display screen. Troubleshooting method: Check whether the signal transmission line inserted on the LCD screen is loose, resulting in poor contact. If it is, insert and fix the signal cable to check whether the problem is solved. If this is not the case, it may be caused by a defective LCD screen.
7. Dark screen (no display on the screen, flashing screen)
When an advertisement is being played, the LCD screen is called a dark screen when it is always in a black, dark, or flashing screen. Troubleshooting method: Check whether the output of the power supply is normal. If the output voltage of the power supply is unstable and does not reach 11V-12V, it can be confirmed that the power supply is faulty. If the power output is abnormal, you need to replace the drive board and inverter one by one until the fault is eliminated.
8. No signal
When the power is on, the words "No signal" appear on the screen, which is called "No signal". Troubleshooting method: Check whether the internal video cable and the 5V power cable input to the decoder board are loose. If they do not fall off, please replace the decoder board or driver board, and then check whether the fault disappears.
