The liquid crystal display unit has a lot of room for combination: it can be combined by small screen splicing or large screen splicing. It can be one-to-one single-screen splicing, or a pair of m×n full-screen splicing; it can also be assembled by mixing large and small screens. According to the customer's system scale and application requirements for the LCD splicing curtain wall system, according to the use environment of the system, suitable products and splicing methods can be selected, and specific implementation schemes can be designed to meet the application requirements of the system.

Experts said that although the technical requirements of LCD splicing units are relatively high, if the manufacturer's quality control is slightly "relaxed", the barrier to entry is actually very low. At the same time, the control technology and various software of the LCD splicing wall can be improved or used publicly on the basis of the original DLP and other splicing wall products. The low threshold of this system is an important reason for the rapid popularity of LCD splicing walls in the short term.

The LCD splicing screen has excellent performance and reasonable price, so it is very popular in the domestic and foreign markets. The service life is up to 50,000-80,000 hours, the system is stable, and the maintenance cost is low. It is currently the most cost-effective large-screen display system. There is no doubt that it has advantages in this regard.

From the user's point of view, LCD technology has become a household name. The extensive understanding of this technology has laid the foundation for manufacturers to promote LCD splicing walls. It is understood that if MPDP and DLP technology products are used in the general bidding process, it is necessary to explain the advantages of the technology to users. However, if it is a splicing wall of LCD technology, this part of the work is usually much easier.

1. High resolution and bright picture. The dot pitch of liquid crystal is much smaller than that of plasma. The physical resolution can easily reach and exceed the HD standard. The brightness and contrast of the LCD screen are very high, and the colors are bright and beautiful. The LCD splicing technology realizes a pure plane display without curvature and a stable image without flicker.

2. The viewing angle is large. For the early liquid crystal products, the viewing angle was once a big problem that restricted the liquid crystal, but with the continuous advancement of liquid crystal technology, this problem has been completely solved. The viewing angle of the DID LCD screen used in the LCD splicing curtain wall exceeds 178 degrees, achieving the effect of absolute viewing angle.

3. Low power consumption and low heating value. Liquid crystal display equipment, low power consumption, low fever has always been praised by people. The power of a small LCD screen does not exceed 35W, while the power of a 40-inch LCD screen is only about 150W, which is about one-third to one-fourth that of plasma.

4. Ultra-thin and lightweight. The liquid crystal has the characteristics of thin thickness, light weight, and convenient splicing and installation. The weight and thickness of the 46/47/55-inch dedicated LCD panel is unmatched by other display devices.

5. Long trouble-free time and low maintenance cost. The LCD screen is currently the most stable and reliable display device. Due to the low heat generation, the device is stable and will not fail due to excessive temperature rise of the device.

6. Long service life and low maintenance cost. Liquid crystal is the display device with the longest service life. Its own life is very long. Even the backlight part with the shortest life span is more than 50,000 hours. In addition, even if it is used for more than this long, it will only affect its brightness. Only by replacing the backlight tube can the original bright color be restored. This is fundamentally different from rear projection. The life span of the LCD backlight is ten times that of the rear projection bulb. Its advantages and disadvantages are not clear.
