In image pattern recognition, standard sample images are first collected to set the allowable error, and then in processing and production, dynamic images are collected through dynamic video, and the collected images are processed according to the median filtering algorithm to analyze useful products. Then use the adaptive threshold segmentation algorithm for image processing, and finally use pattern matching to compare and analyze according to the set error value to complete the entire automatic identification process. At the same time, this paper also introduces the related principles and technologies of image acquisition, image processing and image recognition. In the hardware design, considering the attenuation of the circuit signal due to the mutual interference of the on-site environment, a resistance element was added to the I/O circuit board. At the same time, a current amplifier was added to the circuit to better drive the switching operation of the relay. In order to improve the driving force of the relay, the hardware device can work stably. Finally, it is proposed how to use DELPHI to develop and design the software and hardware of the mold monitoring system.
