There are many schemes for installing LED display indoors, and the installation schemes of various LED display manufacturers are also different. The following introduces 4 common and common indoor LED display design schemes. Then list its advantages and disadvantages one by one. I hope it helps you.
Indoor LED display design scheme
1. Dot matrix unit solution
The initial design plan was developed from the indoor pseudo-color dot matrix screen.
Advantages: The cost advantage of raw materials is the largest, the production and processing technology is simple, and the quality is stable.
Disadvantages: poor color consistency, serious jigsaw phenomenon, poor display effect.
2. Single lamp scheme
In order to solve the color problem of the dot matrix screen, this article draws on a scheme of outdoor display technology, and transplants the outdoor pixel multiplexing (also called pixel sharing, virtual pixel) technology to the indoor display screen at the same time.
Advantages: Color consistency is better than dot matrix mode.
Disadvantages: The color mixing effect is not good, the viewing angle is not large, and the colors are poor when viewed horizontally. The treatment process is complicated, and the antistatic requirements are high.
3. Sub-surface mounting solution
In fact, this is an improvement on the single light source solution, and it is still being improved.
Advantages: the display color consistency, viewing angle and other first indicators are not much different from the sub-single lamp solution, but the cost is lower, the display effect is good, and the theoretical resolution can reach more than 17,200.
Disadvantages: The processing is more complicated, and the antistatic requirements are high.
4. Patch plan
This solution uses a patch-type luminous tube as the display element.
Advantages: The color consistency, angle and other important display indicators are the best in the existing solutions, especially the color mixing of the three-in-one surface mount is very good.
Disadvantages: troublesome processing and high cost.
