With the continuous improvement of the monitoring system, in the monitoring system, the images collected by the high-definition camera are transmitted to the monitoring room through the optical fiber transceiver (or Gigabit optical fiber transceiver). People have higher and higher requirements for the display quality of images, and the sharpness, brightness and screen size of the images are also constantly improving. The video display function of video surveillance, command center, multimedia conference and other subsystems is widely used in the field of intelligence. The current Z popular method is to combine multiple LCD screens into one large screen, which we call a splicing screen. The advantage of splicing screen is that different functions can be realized according to different needs: single-screen display, single-screen independent, arbitrary combination display, super-large LCD display.

LCD splicing screen

Although splicing screens have great advantages in the field of video display, because they are composed of multiple single large screens of 40-60 inches, the size customization is very limited, which is affected by the size of the installation wall. Therefore, in order to maximize the ratio of the mosaic screen to the wall, it is necessary to learn how to choose a mosaic screen reasonably. This not only makes the monitoring system more cost-effective, but also makes later monitoring maintenance or monitoring maintenance more convenient.

The first screen can only be composed of single screens of the same size and model. The general single screen size is as follows:

The splicing screen generally does not completely cover a wall, and the operating distance between the top and both sides is generally left, as shown in the following figure:

Therefore, according to the size of the wall and the size of the selected splicing screen, a wall can be composed of several separate screens by the following formula:

The number of horizontal single screens A = wall length L/single screen width.

The number of vertical single screens B = wall height H/single screen height.

Multiply these two numbers to get the total number of screens to be used.

Keep a certain distance between the lower cabinet of the splicing screen and both sides, which of course must be removed.
