(2) Box structure: The secret stealing method is used between the box and the box to locate the positioning pins and tighten the locking mechanism, which can make the installation more precise and accurate, and ensure that the LED spacing between the upper and lower, left and right of the box is within Within the actual error requirements, the overall display effect of the entire screen is guaranteed.
Daily maintenance and maintenance
The large LED display screen is like traditional electronic products. In the process of use, it is necessary not only to pay attention to the method, but also to maintain the display screen in order to make the large screen of the LED display last longer. On the one hand, the reason for the increase in the use of large-screen LED full-color displays is that major manufacturers have reduced the work materials of products in order to control production costs, which has led to the premature aging of a few accessories of some products. ; On the other hand, the reason is caused by the user's inappropriate usage habits. The latter situation is more common. Here are several ways to maintain the large screen of the LED full-color display.
(1) Keep the humidity in the environment where the full-color LED display screen is used, and do not let anything with moisture properties enter your full-color LED display screen. Applying power to a large full-color display screen that contains humidity can cause corrosion of the full-color display components and cause permanent damage.
(2) To avoid possible problems, we can choose passive protection and active protection, try to keep items that may cause damage to the full-color display screen away from the screen, and wipe the screen as gently as possible to prevent damage. possibility is minimized.
(3) The large screen of the LED full-color display has the closest relationship with our users, and it is also very necessary to do a good job of cleaning and maintenance. Exposure to the outdoor environment for a long time, such as wind, sun, dust, etc., is easy to get dirty. After a period of time, the screen must be covered with dust. This needs to be cleaned in time to wrap the surface with dust-proof soil for a long time to affect the viewing effect.
(4) It is required that the power supply is stable and the grounding protection is good. Do not use it in harsh natural conditions, especially strong lightning weather.
(5) Metal objects that are easy to conduct electricity such as water and iron powder are strictly prohibited in the screen. The large screen of the LED display screen should be placed in a low-dust environment as much as possible. Large dust will affect the display effect, and too much dust will cause damage to the circuit. If water enters for various reasons, please turn off the power immediately and contact the maintenance personnel until the display panel in the screen is dry before use.
(6) Switching sequence of LED display:
A: First turn on the control computer to make it run normally, and then turn on the large LED display screen;
B: Turn off the LED display first, then turn off the computer.
(7) When playing, do not stay in full white, full red, full green, full blue, etc. for a long time, so as not to cause excessive current, excessive heat of the power cord, damage to the LED light, and affect the service life of the display. Do not disassemble or splicing the screen at will!
(8) It is recommended that the large screen of the LED display has a rest time of more than 2 hours a day, and the large screen of the LED screen is used at least once a week during the rainy season. Generally, the screen is turned on at least once a month, and it is lit for more than 2 hours.
(9) The surface of the large screen of the LED display can be wiped with alcohol, or dusted with a brush or a vacuum cleaner. It cannot be wiped directly with a damp cloth.
(10) The large screen of the LED display screen needs to be regularly checked for normal operation and whether the line is damaged. If it does not work, it should be replaced in time. If the line is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time. Non-professionals are not allowed to touch the internal circuit of the large screen of the LED display to avoid electric shock or damage to the circuit; if there is a problem, please ask a professional to repair it.
