Now, when we use LCD splicing screens, some friends are asking how to speed up the response time. Today, the editor will tell you how to speed up the response time of the LCD splicing screen. The commonly used method is to reduce the thickness and increase the driving voltage.

According to the latest research results and research data, if the thickness of the spliced large screen is reduced by 20, the response speed will increase by 35 on the original basis. From this we can know that for large LCD spliced screens, the thickness of the spliced large screens is greatly reduced. But shortening the response time will also bring a series of negative effects to the large screen. The thickness is too thin, which increases the difficulty of manufacturing, darkens the color displayed on the screen, and also makes the viewing angle smaller. In addition, the possibility of dead pixels on the screen increases, and the yield of products decreases. From the manufacturer's point of view, manufacturing costs will also increase a lot. Therefore, in order to reduce the thickness of the large screen, there are still many difficulties, and there is no perfect technology to solve this problem.

Some researchers have considered improving the driving voltage of the DID LCD splicing screen system to shorten the response time. The research results show that as long as the driving voltage is doubled to the original base, the response time can be shortened from 50ms to 5ms. Of course, this method also has certain negative effects. The spliced large screen is composed of liquid crystal panels, and the increased voltage will form an overshoot voltage, which will increase the difficulty of returning to the liquid crystal, which leads to the extension of the fall time and grayscale response time. In addition, over-compensation may also lead to certain dangers, which may cause serious distortion of the image displayed on the screen. What's more serious is that, in addition to causing grayscale degradation, the overshoot voltage may also shorten the life of the spliced large screen. So judging from the current technology, this technology is not very mature and cannot be used in practice.
