The correct way to deal with water entering the LED display screen:
1. Use a fan or other tools at the fastest speed to completely dry the LED display screen.
2. The screen body after being completely dried is energized and aged, the specific steps are as follows:
A. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 10%, and aging for 8-12 hours after power on.
B. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 30%, aging for 12 hours after power on.
C. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 60%, aging for 12-24 hours after power on.
D. Adjust the brightness (full white) to 80%, and aging for 12-24 hours after power on.
E, adjust the brightness (full white) to 100%, and aging for 8-12 hours after power on.
After completing the above steps, the LED display screen body will basically return to normal; however, the following points should be paid attention to in the processing process:
1. Do not put the flooded LED display screen into the air box, it is easy to make the LED light boring.
2. When water enters the warehouse, the air box may enter water. All air boxes should be exposed to the sun to prevent moisture from volatilizing into the LED display after the box is installed.
3. Failure to handle all flooded LED displays in time may affect the stability of the screen to a greater or lesser degree. During emergency treatment, the screen may die continuously after the screen is powered on.
4. All water-ingressed LED display screens are in the flight case. The screen body is basically of no repair value for more than 72 hours, so please handle it with caution.
