1. Brightness comparison, the acrylic board is close to the same number of modules and then slowly increase a small distance, here to see whether the brightness of the lamp can meet your requirements. Of course, it is more straightforward to put the module directly in the word. The higher the brightness, the higher the requirements for lamp beads. Chen is also taller. Pure indoor environment can use low brightness, but if it is a window LED transparent screen or LED glass curtain wall screen, then it needs to be a bright LED transparent screen.
2. When observing the brightness, pay attention to whether the brightness of the lamp is uniform. When observing white light, be sure to pay attention to whether there is any chromatic aberration (this is very important). If you cover it with a thin sheet of white paper, you may not be able to observe it. So use a certain thickness of acrylic. Whether there is color difference is the most important part of distinguishing quality, and it is also one of the main reasons for the price difference of LED transparent screens.
3. Wire identification. High-quality wires, UL certification, these manufacturers are not reliable to pass the LED transparent screen, so the most direct way is to open the skin and count the number of cores! Using 15,17,19 or even 20,30 core circuit modules should not be worse than 14 and 11 core modules, and vice versa.
4. Lamp temperature. After lighting for a period of time, touch the LED lamp beads by hand. The temperature is very high, even hot hands are absolutely unstable at low temperatures.
5. The solder joints are of good quality. The solder joints are full and the soldering process is good. The high brightness proves that the solder is good. The more serious is the solder joints, which are prone to contact failures and follow-up maintenance problems.
6. LED transparent screen lamp method: At present, there are two manufacturing methods for LED transparent screen, one is the positive light source and the other is the side light source. Although the side illuminance is relatively high, the market has not tested the lamp bead packaging technology, and the lighting lamp bead is the lamp bead of the traditional LED display. After market inspection, the quality is very stable.
7. PCB board thickness. If the luminous PCB board is thick, it will affect the transparency of the LED transparent screen.
