3. Hoisting: It is suitable for display screens under 10 square meters. This installation method must have a suitable installation location, such as a beam or lintel above. And the screen body generally needs a back cover.
4. Seat mount: movable seat mount: refers to the stand alone processed. Placed on the ground, it can be moved. Fixed seat: refers to the fixed seat connected to the ground or wall.
Installation method of outdoor display screen:
1. Column type:
Column mounting is suitable for the installation of led display screens on the open ground, and the outdoor screen is installed on the column. Columns are divided into single column and double column. In addition to the screen steel structure, concrete or steel columns need to be manufactured, mainly considering the geological conditions of the foundation.
2. Mosaic
The built-in structure is suitable for the display screen project that has been included in the planning and design of the building. The installation space for the display screen is reserved in advance during the construction of the civil project. In actual installation, only the steel structure of the display screen is needed to inlay the display screen on the building wall. There is enough maintenance space on the inside and the back.
3. The general installation method of the roof type is to fix the screw on the wall, install the screen in the frame on the fixed frame, connect the power cord, arrange the cable, light up and debug, and that's it.
4. Seating
The seat structure is a concrete structure on the ground to build a wall that is enough to support the entire LED display. A steel structure is built on the wall to install the display. The steel structure reserves 800mm of maintenance space for the placement of related equipment and maintenance facilities.
Precautions:
Four points need to be paid attention to when making outdoor screens.
First, waterproof, of course, the outdoor cabinet can do it.
Second, windproof. The larger the screen, the stronger the steel structure and the stricter requirements.
Third, earthquake resistance, that is, resistance to earthquakes of several magnitudes. Strictly speaking, channel steel must be used to make a mouth shape, fixed around with angle irons, and screw holes are punched. Use aluminum-plastic panels to decorate the audio on both sides. Square pipes are also used inside.
Fourth, lightning protection, lightning protection and grounding of outdoor LED displays
The integration of electronic components in electronic display screens is high, and their sensitivity to interference is getting higher and higher. Lightning can harm the display system in various ways. Under normal circumstances, it directly concentrates on the screen and then leaks into the ground through a grounding device. Cause mechanical, electrical, and thermal damage where lightning current passes. The solution is equipotential bonding, that is, the ungrounded or ungrounded metal shell, the metal sheath of the cable, and the metal frame in the display are connected to the grounding device to prevent these objects from entering the ground due to high voltage or lightning on the grounding device The transmission of high potential causes a counterattack to the internal insulation of the equipment and the core wire of the cable. The lightning arrester is added to the large-area display screen system. The lightning arrester can reduce the overvoltage that appears on the equipment during the counterattack and limit the lightning intrusion wave.
