The brightness depends on the size of the LED lamp bead chip. For outdoor use, a large chip lamp bead is required for high brightness. Generally, the brightness of outdoor viewing needs to reach a brightness of more than 4000, and the brightness of indoor viewing is more than 800. enough.

The consistency depends on the quality of the lamp beads. The general consistency of the same batch of good lamp beads is better, and there will be no mosaic phenomenon.
3. Wire identification. High-quality wire, passed UL certification, these are unreliable through LED transparent screen manufacturers, so the most direct method is to open the outer skin and count the number of wire cores inside! Use 15, 17, 19 cores or even 20, 30 cores The module of the line should be no worse than the module of 14 and 11 cores, and vice versa.
4. Lamp temperature. After lighting for a period of time, touch the LED lamp beads with your hand, the temperature is very high or even hot, and the stability is not as good as the low temperature. The LED lamp bead will be hot when it is lit, but the one that is good at it will be very hot. The life of the LED lamp bead will be relatively short, and the light decay will occur after a long time.
5. The quality of solder joints. The fullness of the solder joints proves that the welding process is good. If the production process is not good, it is the virtual welding, which is prone to poor contact and troublesome follow-up maintenance. The performance of virtual welding is generally not bright or yes, sometimes bright and sometimes not bright, unstable, this is the problem of the quality of the manufacturer.
