Large-screen splicing is mainly divided into two aspects. On the one hand, the traditional large splicing screen display wall hard splicing technology, on the other hand, the projector splicing technology using edge fusion technology is a seamless splicing technology. Among them: dlp splicing, crt splicing, pdp plasma splicing, LCD liquid crystal splicing have gaps, and the projector + edge integrator + splitter can realize seamless splicing. Use the corresponding splicing method to splice the corresponding splicing screen. Large-screen seamless splicing technology and higher requirements for projection display applications can achieve multi-screen image fusion, and reduce the splicing gap to full overlap splicing technology. The seamless splicing technology not only requires a complete super-large splicing screen, but also has special requirements for projecting super-large pictures. The biggest difference between seamless splicing technology and bsv liquid crystal splicing technology is that the gap is very small.

1. No power supply: The machine cannot work without power supply. This phenomenon can be seen by the power indicator (green light is working, red light is off), check all lines, turn on the power, and see if the indicator light is on and the wires are correct. Whether the contact is good;

2. The high-voltage line is not well connected: At this time, the power indicator is on, the fan rotates but the backlight of the splicing screen is off, and a black splicing screen is displayed. In this case, you need to check the power supply from the splicing box to the splicing screen to ensure that the line sequence of each line of the high-voltage line is correct, there is no interpolation at both ends, there is no dislocation, and there are no bent needles at the connection of the two ends, there are small needles Phenomena and good contacts;

3. Poor connection of the screen cable: Turn on the power at this time, and a white screen is displayed. This phenomenon is often caused by missing connections, insertions, pin dislocations, or poor splicing screen logic. Therefore, before installation and debugging, ensure that the model specifications of the splicing screen are installed correctly to avoid burning the LCD splicing screen.

4. Insufficient voltage: the voltage of the power supply part of the traditional processor plug screen cable 1-5 feet is not 12v, and the high-voltage line voltage below 24v will not light up the splicing screen. The voltage at the end of the splicing screen power supply is less than 12v (assumed to be 3.3v or 5v). At this time, you can check whether the jp1 and jp2 short-circuit covers on the splicing board are installed on the 12v. The output wiring from the power supply to the 24v is correct.

5. Short circuit (this phenomenon is more serious): After many tests from the plate to the splicing box shipped in the finished product, this phenomenon basically does not exist, but the short circuit of the splicing screen itself is easy to be ignored by users. A short circuit that is energized without inspection may burn the splicing screen or splicing box. At this time, black screens (caused by high-voltage line short-circuit or splicing box burning) and white screens (caused by screen line short-circuit) may appear. It is recommended that most users, after careful inspection of the installation, use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage part of the splicing screen line and the high-voltage line are short-circuited to the ground before the electrification is completed, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble, economic loss and waste of personnel.

6. The picture or the splicing box itself is poor (the chance of this phenomenon is not great, but it cannot be completely ruled out), and it is hidden because of the bad risk of transportation or impact.

7. A black screen appears on the LCD splicing unit, but the fan on the back of the screen will still rotate. When this phenomenon occurs, the high-voltage line between the power supply of the junction box and the screen must be checked. Only by ensuring that each high-voltage line is neat and in the correct position, and there are no bent needles at the connection at both ends, and fewer needles can ensure the normal lighting of the LCD splicing screen.

8. Insufficient voltage. When this phenomenon occurs, check whether the short-circuit cap of JP1 or JP2 on the splicing screen card is set to 12V, and whether the connection of the power supply to the 24V output is correct.

9. If we cannot find out the cause of the black screen according to the above method, we must consider whether there is a short circuit in the internal circuit of the screen, which is more serious when it occurs.

As we all know, the splicing boxes used in LCD splicing screens need to be tested repeatedly from the side panel to the finished product shipment. The ultra-narrow LCD splicing screen may be burned out or the splicing box may be short-circuited and burned out at the moment of power-on without checking. Therefore, it is best to check carefully before installing the LCD splicing screen, and use a multimeter to check whether the screen line and high-voltage line are normal, so as not to cause unnecessary impact. trouble. Because the short circuit will only cause two situations: one is to replace the junction box, and the other is to directly scrap the screen. Only by replacing the screen can the normal use of the LCD splicing wall be guaranteed.
