Everything must be learned to care and maintain before it can be used for a long time. How should the industrial computer be maintained?
First of all, we want to avoid burnout inside the screen. CRT monitors can be burnt out due to long-term work, and the same is true for LCDs, so be sure to pay attention. If you don't use it, you must turn off the monitor, or reduce the display brightness of the monitor, otherwise it will cause internal burnout or Ageing. Once this damage occurs, it is sexual and cannot be undone. In addition, if a fixed content is displayed continuously for a long time, it may cause some LCD pixels to overheat and cause internal burnout.
Second, pay attention to maintaining humidity. Generally, the display can work normally when the humidity is maintained at 30% to 80%, but once the indoor humidity is higher than 80%, condensation will occur inside the display. The internal power transformer and other coils are also prone to leakage after being damp, and may even cause a short circuit of the connection; while the high-voltage part of the display is very prone to discharge; the components inside the machine are prone to rust and corrosion, which may cause the circuit in severe cases. The board is shorted. Therefore, the LCD display must be protected from moisture. If the display is not used for a long time, it can be powered on for a period of time regularly, so that the heat generated by the display can drive out the moisture in the machine. Also, don't let anything of a moisture nature get into the LCD. If mist is found, wipe it off gently with a soft cloth before turning on the power. If moisture has entered the LCD, the LCD must be placed in a warmer place to allow the moisture and organics to evaporate. Applying power to an LCD that contains humidity can cause the liquid crystal electrodes to corrode, resulting in sexual damage.
