Although the use of LCD splicing screens is becoming more and more frequent, you can see their use in the monitoring field or in some other fields. However, the frequent use of LCD splicing units also brings many problems, among which signal interference is one of the common problems. Splicing screen manufacturers have summarized the common signal interference problems and solutions as follows:

The first category: caused by the power supply of the power supply system

The problem of LCD splicing screen interference from power supply is mainly due to the use of thyristor equipment in the power grid, especially the high-current, high-voltage thyristor equipment that pollutes the power grid very seriously, resulting in the existence of unclean power sources in the same power grid: For example, in this power grid, there are high-power thyristor frequency regulation devices, thyristor rectifier devices, thyristor AC/DC converters, etc., which will pollute the power supply. When this kind of interference problem occurs, it is only necessary to use purified power supply or online UPS power supply for the entire LCD splicing screen system.

The second category: signal transmission line problems

1. Since the core wire of the video cable and the shielding network are short-circuited or broken, they will also have a greater impact on the quality of the transmission signal. This type of failure is manifested as a large area of moire interference on the LCD splicing wall, causing the displayed image to be all destroy. Usually this happens on BNC connectors or other types of video connectors, but in the same display system, not all interfaces will have problems at the same time.

When the above phenomenon occurs, it is only necessary to replace the qualified video transmission line and check and eliminate the problematic signal interface.

2. Because the quality of the copper wire used in the signal transmission line shielding network is not good enough or the shielding network is too thin, it can not provide a good shielding effect. Moreover, the resistance of this type of video transmission line will have a greater impact on the transmitted signal, and the characteristic impedance of this type of video line is not 75Ω and the parameter is out of specification is also one of the reasons for the failure.

The third category: caused by external conditions

This type of interference problem is mostly because there are other electronic devices in the environment where the LCD splicing large-screen display system is used, and the radiation interference capability of such electronic devices is relatively large. It is only necessary to set up appropriate shielding equipment within a certain range around the LCD splicing screen. Of course, it is also necessary to properly ground the LCD splicing screen to prevent such failures.

In addition, there may be interference factors around the signal source, so proper shielding must be done around the camera to ensure the signal quality.
