There are more and more electronic products in life. Usually we see computers, mobile phones, and TVs the most. Of course there are many more. There may be more artificial intelligence products in the future. It is possible that the use of display screens will become more and more extensive, and there will be more and more display screen products that can be seen in life. In fact, there are many differences between the display screens we use daily and industrial display screens. The following editor of the display manufacturer Hualinuo will introduce the difference between industrial touch LCD screens and ordinary LCD screens.

The touch LCD screen is composed of advanced touch screen, motherboard, memory, hard disk, graphics card and other electronic elements, which is inconsistent with the working principle of traditional PC. As an advanced high-tech electronic touch product, touch all-in-one is mainly composed of LCD screen, touch screen and computer mainframe, combined with various cabinets and brackets, used in various fields, integrating computers, TVs, touch screens, audio, multimedia, Internet, etc. This kind of function is integrated, and the function is very powerful.

A liquid crystal display is an active matrix liquid crystal display, driven by a thin film transistor (TFT). It mainly stimulates the production points, lines and surfaces of liquid crystal molecules through electric current and the back light tube to form a picture. IPS, TFT, and SLCD are all sub-categories of LCD. Then the main differences between ordinary LCD screens and industrial LCD screens are as follows:

1. The difference in stability

Since it requires 24 hours and 365 days of uninterrupted work and power, and the use environment of industrial displays is much worse than that of TV displays at home, it is required to be more stable. At the same time, the performance requirements of various aspects of industrial displays are higher than those of ordinary displays, such as component withstand voltage, current, humidity, high and low temperature, etc. And the design direction is different. For example, the TV will age after 8 hours of power, while the industrial display will only age after 24 hours of power on high temperature and high humidity.

Second, the difference between raw materials

Industrial display environment and work requirements, the housing of the industrial display is made of metal. The interior is also industrial-grade design, which is not easy to age. LEDs are more power-efficient than LCDs that consume power with the old technology. Industrial screens are more convenient for splicing. The case of ordinary monitors is made of non-metallic materials, and the interior is also designed for civilians, and LCD is very power-consuming.

3. No mechanical exhaust sector

The industrial LCD screen adopts no mechanical exhaust fan to keep the air dissipating heat, effectively avoiding the dust and noise problems of the mechanical fan. If the temperature rises, the system will automatically keep working at the highest fixed temperature. There is no strict requirement for ordinary monitors.

Four, image color difference

The industrial LCD display is a 1920*1080 high-definition industrial-grade LED display. The resolution can be adjusted according to its own. It is suitable for both horizontal and vertical and easy to use. Since industrial-grade displays are usually used for static observation, the color reproduction is much higher than that of ordinary displays.
