1. Black spots appear on the LCD screen.

The polarizer is like aluminum foil. When it sinks, it won't rebound. This leads to the difference between the reflection of the liquid crystal panel and the existence of the dark part. This part is easy to find under the white screen, and the general size is more than ten square millimeters. This is the size of a thumb. Although this phenomenon does not affect the service life of the LCD screen, users should pay more attention. Do not press the LCD screen with your fingers.
2. No display on the screen
The screen of the building advertising machine is not displayed, but the indicator light flashes. The user should check whether the signal cable between the monitor and the computer is firmly connected, and the signal cable socket is disconnected or bent.
3. The LCD screen is black
Regardless of whether there is a black screen on the wall of the building advertising machine or the vertical building advertising machine, and the phenomenon of "signal out of sync range" or "no ringing", the signal of the advertising machine generally exceeds the display range. The advertising player monitor detects an abnormal signal and stops working. The user can try to restart the advertising player.
4. There is no sound from the advertising player
If the building advertising machine is not perfect, the user can first open the back cover of the LCD advertising machine, check the power supply on the drive board with a multimeter, and then check whether the speaker cable is connected properly. If the speaker is noisy, it means that the drive board of the advertising player is damaged, and you should contact the advertising player manufacturer to replace it immediately. Without permission, the machine is not allowed to be disassembled.
5. Advertising player often crashes
In daily applications, the building advertising machine has a crash state, we need to check whether it is the system or the motherboard, and the driver has problems. For example, the incompatibility of the system and the motherboard will also cause the crash and blue screen. Check the software installation is more, some software is not compatible with the system, it will also cause crashes, blue screen, stuck, check the driver problem to eliminate the program installation problem.
6. No response after power on
If the building advertising machine does not respond after the power is turned on, the user can try to remove the wall-mounted advertising machine, open the back cover of the wall-mounted advertising machine, and check whether the dedicated power supply is turned on and whether the existing materials are closed or loose. Specific method: If the indicator light is 10000, if the indicator light is normal, the power is turned on. In order to solve the power problem, the user should check the decoder board, advertising player drive board, high-voltage belt, speaker, LCD screen, etc. If there is no power supply, it means there is a problem with the components of the advertising machine.
7. There are interference patterns on the screen.
When the building advertising agency is closed, interference patterns will appear on the screen, which is usually caused by the signal interference of the display card. This is a normal phenomenon and can be solved by adjusting the phase automatically or manually.
