1. Pollution in the box
In the dark field (or bright field), white (or blue-black) spots appear, which are caused by the dirt inside the liquid crystal cell, commonly known as internal pollution. The reason for its formation is that foreign matter adheres to the glass surface or the powder from the powder spraying process has not scattered before the glass is bonded.
2. Fingerprint
The LCD liquid crystal screen was visually observed that there are fingerprint marks in the display area, which are the marks left by the operator's finger touching the iTO surface and the PI surface of the glass before the glass is laminated.
3. Wrong/bad orientation
In the visual inspection, if the dark field (or bright field) is not observed, this is the trace left by the operator's finger touching the ITO surface and PI surface of the glass before the glass is laminated.
4. The frame is deformed
The phenomenon that the frame width is found to be uneven in the visual inspection is called frame deformation.
5. Rainbow
In the LCD liquid crystal screen, the ring or band-like color unevenness observed in visual inspection is called rainbow.
6, bubbles
Bubble refers to the phenomenon that the liquid crystal cell is not completely filled with liquid crystal during the visual inspection of the LCD liquid crystal screen, and bubbles are still visible. This is mainly due to errors in the process of pouring the liquid crystal.
7, air leakage
On the visual inspection table, if a small amount of gas is observed at the seal of the liquid crystal cell to enter the box or the seal is not tightly sealed, it is called air leakage.
8. Poor cutting
Poor cutting is the appearance of irregular glass edges caused by improper cutting or breaking.
