LCD splicing screen is one of the most popular displays favored by users. The LCD splicing wall composed of splicing screens will encounter unclear image display in actual operation, while the image of the LCD splicing screen is not clear. : Low brightness, poor edge focus, ghosting (image smearing), interference fringe stacking (signal source resolution is too high) or image jagged (dropped frames), LCD mosaic wall no screen display (no signal screen display)), etc. Then, when the above phenomenon occurs, how should the maintenance personnel debug the LCD splicing wall?

The splicing screen wall shows a blue bottom:

First of all, you need to understand why the mosaic screen displays a blue background? Whether the entire spliced screen wall or a single spliced screen unit displays a blue background, it means that there is no signal. Therefore, when a single screen displays a blue background, it may be a software setting, the signal processor to the screen signal line interface is loose or the line is defective, check whether the interface is loose, or change the line test. When the entire splicing wall is blue or multiple screens display a blue bottom, the problem is likely to be the problem of the signal processor and signal output device, and the second one may be the poor connection of the signal cable and the interface. In this case, you need to check the software settings, signal processor, signal output device, signal interface, signal line until you find the problem.

Black screen of splicing screen wall:

The black screen of the LCD splicing screen may be caused by the following problems: the setting parameters of the splicing software are incorrect, the driver board of the splicing screen is broken, the LCD screen is damaged, and the power board is damaged. We check according to these four points, the black screen of the splicing screen may be unpowered, or the splicing screen may be closed by the software or remote control to eliminate hardware damage.

Debug LCD screen image display status is unknown:

First of all, you can perform troubleshooting: the LCD splicing wall can be segmented and inspected, and the problem can be found. You can check whether the resolution of the LCD splicing wall signal source is consistent with the resolution of the display terminal. If it is a video signal, it depends on whether the system can display the terminal. If it does not meet the requirements of the display terminal, the nature of the signal can be changed by switching equipment or adding conversion equipment.

Secondly, observe whether the bandwidth of the splitter and matrix switcher and its impedance to the signal source can minimize the image loss within the standard distance range. Finally, check whether the focus and convergence of the display device are normal, and whether the signal processing circuit is good.

In addition, if the image of the LCD video wall is phantom, you need to check whether the transmission cable is too long or too thin. The solution is to replace the line or add signal amplifiers and other equipment. If the focus is not good, you can adjust the display terminal and so on.
