1. The main board of the industrial computer has no response, the power light is not on, and the power is not turned on.

1. Check whether the power supply line is normal

2. Check whether all the wires on the motherboard are well connected, such as 6pin wires, power 20pin heads, etc.

3. Check whether there is any material burning on the motherboard

4. If there is a power indicator on the motherboard, check if the indicator is on

5. Trigger the switch to see if the motherboard can boot

6. If the main board indicator lights are not on, short-circuit the green and black lines of the power supply to see if the power supply is normal, and finally replace the power supply to test whether the main board is normal.

2. The motherboard can be powered on but there is no memory self-test sound

1. Check whether the CPU power supply line is well connected

2. Remove the heat sink of the north and south bridges, and feel if there is a heat by hand, including power chips, I/O chips, clock chips, etc.

3. Unplug all peripherals of the motherboard, including the board, VGA cable, KB cable, hard disk cable, leaving only the power supply cable necessary for the motherboard, then unplug the memory and power on to see if the motherboard has an alarm sound, such as 3680, etc. Plug in a buzzer test

4. If there is no alarm after unplugging the memory, clear the bios to see if the motherboard has an alarm sound

5. Remove the CPU heat sink or fan, and touch the CPU to see if there is a temperature

6. Re-plug the motherboard

7. Replug the CPU

8. Replace the CPU

9. Lightly press the north bridge, CPU, and south bridge with your hands

3. After the motherboard is turned on, the display does not respond, but there is a memory self-check sound

1. Check whether the power cord and signal line of the monitor are properly connected

2. Check whether there is any material falling off next to the display chip of the motherboard

3. Boot into the bios, press the Num Lock light on the keyboard to see if the light is on and off normally

4. Clear bio

5. Touch the North Bridge with your hand to see if it is abnormally hot

6. If there is a screen in the system without display during the POST, check whether the host is cut off the screen, press and hold Ctrl+Alt+F1/F2/F3/F4, or press F8 to enter the safe mode or VGA mode to enter the system. Check if the motherboard is normal

4. The host cannot enter the system

1. Boot into the bios to see if the hard drive can be found under the bios

2. Check whether the hard disk cable is well connected

3. Listen to the hard disk rotation is normal

4. Use MHDD to scan the hard disk to see if there are bad sectors

5. Rewrite the Master Boot Record with diskgen

6. Determine whether the system has a virus

7. Re-do the system

8. Re-do the system after replacing the hard disk

Five, the host computer boot Huaping

1. Press F8 to enter safe mode when booting to determine if the driver installation is wrong.

2. Use the eraser to use the golden finger of memory

3. Use sandpaper to clean the memory slot. If there is no sandpaper, plug and unplug the memory several times.

4. Replace the memory

5. If the memory board is replaced and the screen is still blurred, it can be judged that it may be a motherboard problem. Replace the motherboard and test
