When you happen to have a spare device on hand, congratulations, just replace the device you suspect with the problem with the spare device and see if it works properly.





measurement

No spares, you always have a multimeter, right? Then measure whether the input voltage reaches the standard value: 12V.





Observation

If, unfortunately, you don't bring anything, then you should observe whether the front and rear lights of the device are on or listen carefully for a "beep" sound.



1. Cause of failure: The input voltage is too large, causing the diode D1 of the expansion board to burn out.



Prevention method: measure the input voltage before starting the machine, and regularly check and maintain the regulated power supply.



2. Cause of failure: The increase in equipment dust causes static electricity, resulting in electrostatic protection.



Prevention method: Check the equipment frequently and clean the dust.



3. Cause of failure: The 3850 motherboard is damaged due to abnormal shutdown frequently.



Prevention method: switch on and off normally as required.



4. Cause of failure: memory damage caused by gold finger oxidation.



Prevention method: check frequently, wipe regularly.



The above points should mainly be implemented by equipment maintenance personnel. Colleagues are requested to know or inform relevant personnel at the driving school.



The following 2 points need the attention of maintenance personnel. After maintenance, they should focus on inspection and correct them in time.



The JP11 position of the expansion board is soldered or the via pad falls off, resulting in an open circuit.



The pins of the 4P industrial computer power cord are aging and deformed, and the plugs are not replaced in time, resulting in loose connections.
