From the aspect of quality and technology

As an indispensable terminal device for video surveillance, the monitor can be said to act as the "eye" role of the monitoring personnel. In terms of size, there are small screen monitors as small as in-vehicle and special use, and giant LCD monitors as large as 70 or 80 inches. Consumers can customize or purchase them as needed. From the development point of view, like TV sets, the development of monitors has experienced black and white to color, from flicker to no flicker, and from CRT (cathode ray tube) to LCD (liquid crystal). Every step is a leap. In terms of function, the monitor has changed from black and white to color, and the monitoring image has moved from a monotonous and fuzzy world to a colorful and more realistic world, making the monitoring effect more beautiful and satisfying the needs of "seeing"; From flashing to not flashing, it brings health to the monitoring staff, making the monitor more "human" and "green". Although the monitor mainly plays the role of "seeing", there are also some monitors with additional audio so that the sound can be heard.

In terms of quality selection, in 1985, NEC developed the world's first monitor with multi-frequency tracking technology. This breakthrough technology was dubbed "MultiSync" and has now become the industry standard for monitors. The domestic situation mainly depends on whether the product has been professionally tested in accordance with the SJ/T 11348 2006 digital TV flat panel display measurement method.

For consumers, to look at the quality index of LCD monitors, they must first pay attention to the size of the panel, that is, the size of the viewing area. This is somewhat different from CRT monitors. For monitors with the same specifications, LCDs are better than LCD monitors. CRT has a larger viewing area. The second is the number of dead pixels and bright spots on the LCD panel. These are the physical pixels that cannot be repaired on the LCD panel. Finally, look at the contrast, response time, and brightness. Of course, for equipment that has been used for a long time, it is still necessary to understand whether it has a sound after-sales service.
