When these three components are integrated, they need to fit together. Frame mounting is simply to fix the touch screen on the four sides of the tft screen with double-sided tape, which is simple in process and low in cost. However, due to the presence of an air layer between the tft screen and the touch screen, the display effect is greatly reduced after the light is refracted, which has become the biggest defect of the frame. Some do not even need glue, and only need a buckle to fix the three-layer structure together. When using these methods, once the tft screen is impacted, it will fall off and easily enter the dust.
Two: The tft screen is fully fitted.
With the development of science and technology and people's criticism of incomplete lamination technology, the full lamination technology came into being. Compared with frame stickers, full lamination has many advantages. Full lamination technology can improve the gap between lamination layers, reduce the possibility of air and dust entering the tft screen, and keep the tft screen clean. The full lamination technology eliminates the air between the tft screens, which can greatly reduce light reflection and light transmission loss, thereby increasing the brightness, enhancing the display effect of the tft screen, and making the picture more transparent. The fully-fitted screen is also thinner than the traditional screen. The touch screen uses optical glue to bond the screen, and the thickness is only increased by 25 microns to 50 microns, which is 0.1 mm to 0.7 cubic meters thinner than the ordinary laminated screen.
In general, the full lamination technology can improve the gap between the lamination layer and the layer, reduce the possibility of air and dust entering the tft screen, and keep the tft screen clean. The full fit effect is better, and it is more expensive than others. If the product requirements are high, the protective glass and the touch screen can be fully laminated, tft screen, and the touch screen can also be fully laminated.
