In the cold and dry winter, people often encounter this phenomenon in their daily lives: when they undress and go to bed at night, they often hear crackling movements in the dark, accompanied by blue light. When shaking hands, the fingers just touch each other and suddenly feel the needle-like tingling of the fingertips. When you comb your hair in the morning, your hair will often "float". The more you get it, the more you pull the door handle, the more you pull the door handle, the faucet will be "electrically shocked" and often make "pop, pop" movements. This is what happens in the human body. Static electricity. "The so-called static electricity is a kind of charge that is in a stopped state or ineffectively charged. It can be said that static electricity is everywhere. In the operation of the LCD splicing screen, static electricity will also have a certain impact.

Here is a summary of several tips for installation and debugging personnel to minimize the influence of static electricity on the LCD splicing screen during the installation process:

1. Insulation: The so-called insulation is to put an insulating tape on the connection between the LCD splicing screen and the metal and power supply as much as possible, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of static electricity.

             2. Line and line separation: Separate the VGA line from the power line when wiring. Since the usual VGA line has no shielding layer, it is easy to run it with the power line and cause static electricity.

             3. Grounding: The so-called grounding refers to the direct discharge of static electricity to the earth through a wire, which is also the most direct and effective way to prevent static electricity. Static electricity is a rule of nature, and we can't completely eradicate it, so what we can do is to minimize its damage to the splicing large screen. Usually in the process of debugging and using the LCD splicing screen, when the display screen shows multi-line ripples, it is mostly caused by electrostatic disturbance; static electricity has the ability to absorb dust and reduce the insulation resistance, and the discharge damage makes the components damaged and unable to work, and discharge occurs. Damages such as electromagnetic interference, and many of these damages are long-term and random. When the static electricity around the working environment of the splicing screen is relatively large, it may disturb the video signal to a certain extent, and may also damage the chip at the interface of the splicing system, and even seriously affect the display effect of the large screen. Other LCD splicing screens may show abnormal behaviors such as unstable signal transmission and screen jitter and sparkle when used by customers. In addition to loose line interfaces, and cable manufacturing technology issues, it may be static disturbance. If there are large circuit components such as high-voltage electrical cabinets, computer rooms, capacitors, and resistors around, you must pay attention to this uncontrollable factor when supplying LCD splicing screen installation plans.
