According to news from the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on October 28, 2021, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued an announcement stating that it would issue 337 to specific active matrix OLED display devices and their components (survey code: 337-TA-1243). Partial final ruling: The administrative judge of this case made a preliminary ruling (No. 23) on October 4, 2021 without review, that is, based on the settlement, the listing was terminated by BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd. (BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd.) of China), Beijing BOE Display Technology Co., Ltd. of China, BOE Technology America, Inc. of Santa Clara, CA.

It is reported that on December 28, 2020, Solas OLED Ltd. of Ireland filed a 337 investigation application with ITC in the United States, claiming that the product exported to the United States, imported in the United States, and sold in the United States infringed its patent rights (US registered patent number 7,573,068, 7,868,880), requesting the US ITC to issue a limited exclusion order and a prohibition order. The U.S. ITC voted to initiate a 337 investigation on January 27, 2021.
 
On September 16, 2021, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final ruling: the administrative judge in this case made a preliminary ruling (No. 17) on August 20, 2021, which is based on the termination of the settlement against the listed defendant, BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. Company (BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd. of China), Beijing BOE Display Technology Co., Ltd. of China, BOE Technology America, Inc. of Santa Clara, CA. No stakeholders raised objections. ITC decided to review the preliminary ruling, and after the review, the preliminary ruling was returned to the administrative judge and requested the applicant to provide an appropriately edited copy of the supplementary agreement and/or sufficient reasons for the applicant to edit.
