As the name suggests, industrial displays are displays used in industrial environments. Although they have strong stability and can adapt to harsh industrial environments, as long as they are machines, we should regularly maintain them during use to better delay For its service life, the editor will tell you three points about the maintenance methods of industrial displays.
1. Avoid burning out the inside of the screen
When not in use for a long time, you should turn off the display or reduce the display brightness of the display. Otherwise, the long-term high-brightness display will easily cause internal burnout or aging. Once such damage occurs, it will require "major surgery" to recover. In addition, if a fixed content is continuously displayed for a long time, it may also cause the LCD pixels to overheat and cause unavoidable losses.
2. Pay attention to maintaining humidity
Generally, industrial displays with a humidity of 30% to 80% can work normally, but once the indoor humidity is higher than 80%, condensation will easily occur inside the display. The internal power transformer and other coils are also prone to leakage when damp, and may even cause a short circuit; the high-voltage parts of the display are prone to discharge; the internal components are easy to rust and corrode, which will cause the circuit in severe cases. The board is short-circuited. Therefore, the display must be protected from moisture. The display that is not used for a long time can be energized for a period of time, so that the heat generated by the display will drive out the moisture in the machine. Also, don't let any moisture get into the monitor. If there is fog, wipe it off with a soft cloth to turn on the power. If moisture has entered the display, it must be placed in a stable and high place to allow the moisture and organic compounds to evaporate. Powering on an LCD that contains humidity can cause corrosion of the LCD electrodes, which can cause permanent damage. The humidity of the Smart Industrial Display is maintained at 10%-95%, and the performance is the best.
3. Properly clean the surface of the display
If you find stains on the surface of the display, you can wipe it off with a soft cloth slightly moistened with water. Do not sprinkle water directly on the surface of the display. Water entering the LCD will cause the screen to short-circuit. Make sure that the LCD is turned off. .
The methods to clean the screen are:
1. Wipe the screen with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and other particles.
2. If it is very dirty, you can pour a small amount of non-nitrogen, non-alcoholic glass cleaner on the cloth and then wipe it.
The method of cleaning the case is the same as above.
3. Avoid shock
The LCD screen is very fragile, so avoid strong shocks and vibrations, and there are many glass elements in the LCD. Dropping on the floor or other similar strong blows can cause damage to the LCD screen and other units. At the same time, be careful not to damage the LCD. Pressure is applied to the display surface.
4. Don't disassemble the phone privately
Even after being turned off for a long time, the CFL inverter in the backlight assembly may still have a high voltage of about 1000V. This high voltage may cause personal injury, so never attempt to disassemble or change the LCD display. In addition, Unauthorized repairs and changes will cause the display to not work, so please contact professionals for repairs.
