Industrial LCD screens: LCD screens for industrial control devices [distinguished from their application requirements]

In fact, there is no such title in academic articles, but in the application process, we can meet the application requirements of the LCD screen under adverse environment (high temperature, low temperature, highlight, etc.). Mainly refers to those with a wide temperature (operating temperature in - 30 -+ 80 degrees Celsius above), high brightness (brightness above 400 lumens, can work well under strong light) LCD screen. It is mainly used in the fields of instrumentation, communication equipment, gold card engineering and so on.

The analog LCD screen is divided into its driving circuit board, analog display screen and digital display screen. The analog and digital data above refer to the driving circuit board of LCD screen.

Good LCDs use both digital and analog drive circuits (that is, they have both DVI and D-SUB interfaces). Some low-cost LCDs use only analog drive circuits (only one interface is D-SUB) because of cost control.

There is no difference between the analog screen and the digital screen on the screen itself. The main difference is in the circuit.

All the pixels added to the LCD screen are all digital signals. At the edge of the screen, there are many rows driving IC, the so-called driver. On the circuit board behind the screen is mainly the controller. The controller converts the received signal into the driving signal which meets the timing requirements of the driver and sends it to the driver to light up the corresponding pixels.

Analog screen and digital screen are the same in this writing part, and their difference is mainly on input.

Digital screen directly input digital signal, RGB each color signal is converted by video processing circuit several digital signals, directly into the screen control driver, A / D conversion is completed in the front of the circuit.

The analog screen input is a three-color analog signal input, its A / D conversion is completed in the LCD screen circuit.

Relatively

When analog signal is transmitted, the signal will be affected by the surrounding interference, and the effect of transmission will be affected.

When transmitted by digital signal, the transmitted signal will be more stable and the effect will be better.
