The concept of Industry 4.0 has been put forward for a long time. Industrial displays are also indispensable to realize industrial intelligent automation. Although industrial displays have been used in many industries, many people still don’t understand them. What are the precautions for preventing static electricity? ?

    The control and drive circuit in the industrial display touch screen motherboard module is a low-voltage, micro-power CMOS circuit, which is very easy to be broken down by static electricity. Once the circuit is broken down by static electricity, the damage is irreparable. Due to the external environment, the electrostatic voltage carried by the human body can be as high as tens of volts or even hundreds of volts. Therefore, it is necessary to take corresponding measures during operation, assembly and use to avoid and prevent static electricity;

    (1) If it is necessary to directly touch the motherboard of the industrial display touch screen circuit, the human body and the module must be kept at the same potential, or the human body and the device must be grounded at the same time;

    (2) The soldering iron used for welding and other electrical connection tools used for operation must be well grounded to avoid potential leakage hazards;

    (3) Do not touch the outer leads or the circuit and metal frame on the circuit board with your hands at will;

    (4) Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean industrial displays, as this will generate strong static electricity;

    (5) When the air is too dry, it is easy to generate static electricity. Therefore, the humidity of the working environment of the industrial display should be kept at about RH60 degrees.

    As long as we operate normally in accordance with the specifications, do not dismantle the machine randomly, and do regular maintenance, the normal service life can be guaranteed.
