Calibration of touch display

Everyone knows that industrial touch monitors may be offset and inaccurate if they are used up for a while after they are bought. In fact, this is very easy to handle, as long as we open the calibration software to perform touch calibration, it is best to calibrate the industrial display after running for about 30 minutes. The position of the touch display screen should try to avoid sunlight reflection and light.

    Color temperature of industrial display:

White light is not pure white in your industrial display, it is between blue and white or red and white. The color temperature you choose should be the point on the spectrum that is most comfortable to your eyes. The factory settings of our industrial displays are basically 9300K, which is a bit bluish. Most people like the warmer 6500K.

    Industrial display brightness:

The brightness setting of our industrial display actually controls the darkness or black point. If the setting is too low, dark gray will become black; if the setting is too high, black will look like gray. You can use the gray gradient table. If you have this gradient table, reduce the brightness until the two darkest gradients in the table become black, and then increase the brightness until the brightest gray shows a pure black area. After you set the black point, adjust the contrast of the industrial display, which actually sets the brightness. This is where we should choose a setting that looks more comfortable to the eyes. Too bright is not the best. Too high a contrast setting will cause blur on some CRT monitors, which will increase eye fatigue.

    Gamma value:

This setting is an electronic calibration of the video signal, which can adjust the brightness of the midtones of industrial displays to form a more realistic image. You can reset the gamma value through the graphics card driver or through a third-party graphics program.
